Creating clarity when conflict feels complicated
Conflict can be stressful, confusing, and difficult to navigate — especially when the situation involves relationships, work, family, or complex systems.
My approach is grounded in listening carefully, understanding the bigger picture, and helping you identify practical ways forward. I meet people where they are and tailor my support to the situation rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all process.
My Approach
-
Listen & Understand
We’ll start by slowing things down and making space to understand what’s happening from your perspective. I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you sort through the different pieces of the situation.
-
Find a Path Forward
Together, we’ll identify what is getting in the way and clarify what you want to accomplish. Depending on your situation, that might mean preparing for a difficult conversation, considering different options, addressing a workplace concern, or simply figuring out your next step.
-
Practical & Human
Conflict rarely fits neatly into a formula. I bring a trauma-aware, equity-aware approach that recognizes the human realities behind difficult situations. My goal is to provide thoughtful, practical support while respecting your autonomy and helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Helping you confidently navigate the hard conversations…

Conflict coaching is confidential one-on-one support to help you think through a situation and prepare for a difficult conversation. A facilitated conversation brings the people involved together with me as a neutral third party so everyone can be heard and work toward a workable agreement. Independent ombuds consulting is for organizations that want confidential, impartial help understanding patterns of conflict or systemic concerns. If you’re not sure which fits, we can sort that out in a consultation.

Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of my work, and what you share stays between us. In facilitated conversations, everyone agrees to ground rules about privacy before we begin. I’ll explain any limits to confidentiality clearly at the start so there are no surprises.
-
No. I’m neutral and independent, and I’m not there to decide who is right. My role is to help you understand the situation more clearly, see the options available, and decide for yourself what to do next. You stay in charge of your own decisions.

Schedule a consultation. We’ll talk through what’s happening, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together makes sense. There’s no obligation, and you don’t need to know which service you need before we talk.
