Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary and collaborative process that gives people in conflict a supported space to communicate openly. It offers an opportunity to explore options and work toward an agreement for everyone involved.
As a mediator, I don’t take sides, judge, or decide the outcome. I create a respectful space where each person can be heard, help clarify the real issues, and explore practical solutions together.
Mediation is a good fit for:
✔ Coworkers or teams stuck in a pattern of tension or miscommunication
✔ Supervisors and staff working through a strained working relationship
✔ Family members navigating care decisions, transitions, or long-standing disagreements
✔ Boards, committees, and community groups facing a difficult decision
✔ Any situation where a neutral third party would help people talk honestly
The process usually begins with a confidential consultation to determine if mediation is the right fit.
